These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
